This Supplier Sustainability Day was nothing short of amazing! 🌿
On October 2nd, in Uppsala Sweden, Cytiva, the global science and technology leader, hosted its first supplier sustainability day, gathering over 100 participants from across Cytiva’s value chain. The energy in the room was electric, and the innovative ideas from supplier partners left us inspired. 💡
Here are a couple of takeaways from the event:
1️⃣ When suppliers succeed, customers succeed. And when customers are in pharma, meeting their tough expectations is non-negotiable. Setting Science-based targets, introducing circular solutions, and rethinking business models are all game changers for the value chain. Yesterday’s conversations made it clear—Cytiva's suppliers are ready to rise to the challenge!
2️⃣ Collaboration on shared goals is built on listening. Preparing to pivot to net zero requires deep collaboration and an understanding of challenges and shared opportunities. The future is collaborative, and Cytiva sets a high bar for what that looks like! 👏
