We’re a team committed to positive change and the role of business in making it happen.
How The Pivot stands out
We take the long view because the very act of thinking about the future can help you shape it. Our double materiality process, starts in the future, which gives you the foundation for an impactful sustainability plan and credible communications.
Our personal, hands-on approach helps create deeper engagement and ownership of your teams. We’ll design deliverables based on your impacts, risks, and opportunities, and where you are in your sustainability journey.
Over the years, we’ve supported many companies considered leaders in sustainability. We’ll help you build on their learnings and challenge you to stretch your ambition in ways relevant to your business, your impacts, and the difference you want to make.
We’ll give voice to your commitment with clarity and credibility. We are native English and Swedish writers with long-standing experience in sustainability communications.
Our global approach is anchored in partnerships with organizations and experts in key markets.
We work with people like you who:
Regard sustainability as central to creating value for business,
Want to work towards making the transition to low-carbon science-based, equal, and fair, and
See sustainability as essential to improving their resilience, and securing customer and employee relationships in changing times.
Our clients are present in sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, transport and logistics, and consumer durables.
And while they may be located in Europe and North America, their value chains are global.

The stripes in our brand
Ed Hawkins — professor of climate science at UK’s Reading University — found a simple way to tell the story of our heating planet. These stripes paint a stark picture of how average temperatures have risen over the past century and a half.
Around the world, these stripes are triggering conversations about the urgency of rethinking our priorities in a warming world.
It’s high time to pivot.
