Project managed Postnord’s efforts to secure the first license from the Nordic Swan eco-label for e-commerce logistics.

Plant-based Sweden, a sector approach

In the capacity as head of sustainability for Food for Progress, Lennart co-founded the industry association, Plant-Based Sweden, to provide this innovative sector with a platform to engage with politicians and decisionmakers.

Food for thought, 2017

Co-authored “Is our Food worth the price?” and “The Protein Shift” and was the brainchild of the new label “From Sweden”, as strategy consultant Macklean, Sweden advisors for the forestry and food sectors.
