Fit-for-purpose governance system

Your sustainability plan calls for clear policies, company-wide engagement, accountability, the right tools, and a shared commitment to action.

We’ll support you in building a robust governance structure using four steps to deeper integration, all in line with ESRS guidelines for governance, risk management and internal control.

    • A gap analysis of your present governance system and what's required for structure and content according to CSRD. This covers a review of policies and procedures required to manage material impacts, risks and opportunities.

    • Alignment with internal stakeholders on roles and responsibilities. We'll support in pinpointing the role your governance body has in driving your plan, the knowledge levels required to deliver on them and how to monitor progress.

    • Articulations of your commitments, policy changes and disclosures on governance (ESRS G1) for your annual reporting.

      Our starting point is always your vision and mission, core values, strategic planning as well as management system, and how you deploy your policies.

    • You need to review your existing governance system in light of CSRD disclosure requirements for governance, risk management and internal control.

    • You need to revisit organisational accountability to meet your level of ambition for impacts, risks and opportunities.

    • You want to integrate sustainability priorities throughout your organisation.

Integration task force

The biggest challenge to any plan is its implementation. You need to cascade knowledge and ensure ownership, and maybe even redesign your business model or way of working.

Our six-month bespoke program invites selected people — from procurement, innovation, commercial, and HR — to form a task force to engage in your sustainability journey and ensure success for integration.

This task force is designed to raise their knowledge bar, tap into their insights on what is needed to trigger change — all while equipping your stars to lead the charge for integration.

    • A bespoke program designed to provide insights into why sustainability is relevant to your business and secure integration of your sustainability plan.

    • Half-day sessions every month for six months, concluding with a presentation of outcomes and recommendations to your company's leadership team.

    • Hand-picked participants are chosen because they have deep insight into your business model and strategic priorities.

    • The task force identifies ways to deliver integration through tangible actions, how to overcome hurdles, and the linchpins for creating lasting change and integration for their organization.

    • Guest speakers include representatives from customers, suppliers, and industry leaders who will help participants gain a 360-degree insight into your sustainability plan.

    • Every session comprises learnings on strategic sustainability and workshops to review progress on integration.

Empowering people with training & coaching

Provide a sounding board to your board or select members of your teams to ensure ownership of their roles.

In one-on-one or group coaching sessions, we’ll show the relevance of sustainability to their way of working and help identify solutions to their hurdles, opportunities, and what’s needed to transform.

We’ll shape workshops and communication campaigns for small groups or for across your global operations. The end goal: Energize and enable your workforce to become ambassadors of your plan.

    • Coaching for selected individuals charged to deliver on your plan in their organization. Other members of the local team are welcome to join discussions in relevant areas.

    • Monthly 2 hr. one-on-one sessions. The agenda and timespan are agreed on in advance.

    • We’ll cover topics necessary for delivering on their focus areas of the sustainability plan highlighting best practice, impacts risks and opportunities.

    • Bespoke training and communications based on your end goals and scope in the form of e-learning on the agenda, in person train the trainers , and a range of communication tools to spread your message.
